I suggest you buy CS from G2A or Kinguin. I doubt that you will find cheaper CS:GO than you would from these two stores.
That is if you don't want to buy half product or shared account with the game or get scammed.

https://www.g2a.com/counter-strike-global-offensive-global.html

or

http://www.kinguin.net/category/35/counter-strike-global-offensive-steam-key/

Realistically the cheapest price is $9 = 0.013 BTC ATM

Use a trusted escrow service before dealing with this member.

He has a lot of negative feedback.

That is why I told you before that you WON'T find any better offer than I presented you in my previous post!
Don't be stingy and just buy your reliable CS steam cd key for $9. Anyone who is trying to sell it to you  lower is probably trying to scam - so beware.

I'm not sure but as far as I know , Steam summer sale date has been leaked and it should be in one week or something and the prices for CS:GO will go to 7.49$ and since Steam is accepting Bitcoin at the moment ... you do the math.
Either you wait or you can buy from G2A.COM as the user above suggested already.

Its easier to just go to the website above like g2a and not worry about the hassle and still get it at some discount.

But if youre hoping to get this game for way less, then take a shot at their $1 keys of random games as well and hope to land cs-go since its a old game.

Nice lie. Do you want me to give my credentials to a reputable user to check PM's?

Don't trade with this user without escrow.

If you want to buy it from steam, you have to deposit $10. You can't deposit an exact amount. I would just buy it off g2a if I were you.

Indeed. Or better why deal with him at all? He scammed me. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1496558.msg15062096#msg15062096). He also scammed a lending service (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1502309.0;topicseen).

I seriously don't know why BitcoinTalk does not ban the users who are proved to be scammers Sad
I have forgotten about my $3 that he stole from me but it hurts to see this man around still trying to scam other people while the staff do nothing.

It is complicated. Forum Staff is not going to act like Scam Police and investigate or mediate and punish potential scammers. It is not possible to enforce.
I am monitoring prices of games quite frequently and I warned Op that amount he is willing to pay for CS:GO is too low ATM. Also trading with low level accounts could be risky.

Staff is not here to protect you and pat you on the back if you give money to scammers. Members interactions are not moderated by forum staff.
