All of the above trust ratings are libel. It is both morally unjust and illegal if these trust ratings are not revised to include the entire situation. The loans were not paid on the due date, however I have been in contact with the lenders and repaying, 5 BTC so far and 0.1 BTC per day. KWH, master-P, EcuaMobi, and Vod need to revise the trust comments. They can say anything they want and leave it red as long as it includes the whole truth. This is not legally a default so different terminology is required.

I don't see how "Never deal with this user without a trusted user of this forum as escrow. Never lend without collateral." is libel. You defaulted several loans and are deleting  posts which is suspicious. Therefore I recommend everyone to deal with you using escrow and to lend only with valid collateral.

I'm not saying whether or not you're repaying or will repay (I don't know the future) and the reference links to a thread where you can post to keep everyone updated.

Considering the reality of the situation, most of what has been posted here on Bitcointalk regarding this situation is libel, and this defamation has caused monetary damage. I can send a subpoena to each and every person who defamed me on Bitcointalk, if they make no attempt to resolve their egregious mistakes after being informed.

Good luck with that, brah.

Why did you sterilize your post history ?

You know what type of people do that ? It's usually scammers and people with things to hide is who.

Turtlehurricane, you really are a piece of work. In my eyes you are 100% a scammer. This belief is based on, among other things your dealing with djvoodoo (or whatever his name was) as you had admitted to receiving something of value (the gold coins from Amazon) and gave him zero in return, while claiming (while providing zero evidence of such) that you returned the coins to Amazon because you thought the AGC used to purchase the gold coins were fraudulent.

If you agreed to repay your lenders 30 days after the date of the loan and you have not repaid such loan then you are in default of such loan. Period. End of discussion. Looking at a single one of the transactions you claim to have paid to your lenders, I see that you have made at least one payment greater then 30 days from the date of the loan.

If you think you can be a year late on one of your loans and not have your credit history be negatively affected then you are sorely mistaken.

All of this ignores the fact that you act very shady, for example claiming that you do amounts of business that I do not believe you to be doing (I believe you do this to give yourself the appearance of being more trustworthy then you really are).

This also ignores the fact that you appear, in my eyes to be delusional and even if none of the above would apply, i would believe that it would still not be safe to trade with you because you may not fully understand what you are agreeing to and may not follow through on those agreements. This is similar to my opinion of TECHSHARE as he appears to be similarly delusional.

It's because I don't feel safe on Bitcointalk. This place is actually very freaky and probably downright dangerous. I did alot of trades here and didn't need all that info logged on a site that is being malicious towards me.

All the facts are posted, there's nothing more to say for now, I just wanted the real story to be posted so people can see it if they stumble on this thread.

This is what usually happens on here when people default on loans, or antagonize their creditors.

Vendors have even doxxed their customers, and forums management doesn't give a fuck unless it has to do with Thermos' dox.

Welcome to Bitcointalk - a wretched hive of scum and villainy.

4.88 BTC has been repaid over the course of several months, ultimately all BLC loans will be fully paid less than a year after they were due. The 5% interest rate is actually phenomenal compared to any other loan-type investment even for a year, and I plan on sending some extra interest.
Hello Mr. Zachary Gruskin

4.88 BTC was paid over several months, but 20 BTC was due several months before any of these payments even started, correct?

Your 5% interest rate is much lower then what is available for even those with a steady income a excellent credit for a personal/signature loan. On an APY basis, your lenders should have received somewhere around 60% if your loan was repaid on time, and your lenders did not agree to lend you 20 BTC for a year when they gave you the loan.

I live near this user if he still lives in the Madison WI area. Any users whom he still owes Bitcoin please PM me and we can discuss options for possible retrieval of owed funds.
