I live in Albania,a small country in Europe. The political system here is very corrupted and criminals so they dont care a lot for the people of the country. People have been stealing energy for the past 10-15 years and even with the new reforma in 2013 a lot of people still steal energy,and i am one of them. Don't judge me because a lot of people steal here. Anyway my energy is free and i have been thinking to mine bitcoins,but the problem is that i don't have capital to buy them.So if anyone is interested to work with it has to buy them and send to me by mail. Im willing to pay him 65 % of what miner earn. I can guarante that the system will not change for at least 2-3 years because a lot of people think that what i am talking it isnt true. But i can prove it. In the worst case i gurantee to return the miners.

It is very risky for someone to send all those mining rigs because if the government detect that you are staling the electricity then they will confiscate whatever they found if you do not pay to them the tickets for stealing, i would better suggest you to borrow money from relatives or get a loan without interest if you can.
