13 BTC Loan - Land Collateral

Hi All,

I am looking for a $9k loan (~13btc) for 8 weeks to help pay off some outstanding bills, student loans, and CC payments. I work on a quarter commission cycle which is paid 6 weeks after the end of a quarter (6/30 is last day of current cycle) so funds will be accessible at that point.

I can offer a 1btc repayment (will agree on locked trade rate) as an interest. In terms of collateral I have 2.5 acres in Kern County which is in Southern California. The value of it is nearly $11k. I can provide proof of land ownership, personal info, etc if you PM me.
