i think there are two possibilities, either the creators messed up, left an error in code and now it is hacked, or the creators did this on purpose and "hacked" it themselves in order to profit

If I were DAO devs I would offer the hacker 1M ETH bounty to provide full disclosure, return funds and cease and desist attack. Maybe they have a chance if the Hacker has some sense of decency.

Not in the crypto world I know. Most people in here would bring down the crypto industry for 1 BTC profit.
