Well, it depends on what system they use and how they manage internal funds. Allowing users of exchanges to have full feature wallets along with all other services would be resource intensive and it's part of their business anyway. So most exchanges centralize fund managment for less complicated engineering and hence reduced costs.

I think all of the exchanger wallets have this feature for the security you can make a review from some users the wallet. Or try to ask your friend about this maybe 1 of your friend using the private key. But I think all of the the wallet have same standard security.

The exchangers need to help you execute the trade you will be making. If both you and exchanger are holding the private keys, then there are more complex issues such as double spending or security problems.

There fore none of the exchangers will want to worry about these. They have other issues to worry about. But as the users, we should consider storing our coins in offline paper or hardware wallets, and only leave sufficient for trading with the exchanger. My Gox story is a reminder.

because if you have the private keys you don't need the exchanger any more. they are the one who is handling all the funds. if you have the private keys and lets say sell bitcoin to another buyer then you have to manually send the funds to his wallet and take the cash from him to your bank account then why is there an exchanger here? go do it on localbitcoins.com yourself!

It would create more problems for exchangers which they just dont need, with people sending funds and then decietfully withdrawing them and maybe claiming they didnt

it is because that you can trade. if you want to use the private key then use the wallet. but in your wallet will never be able to trade. every place has its disadvantages and advantages of each with a plausible reason.

To my knowledge, exchange wallets don't give users private keys because of the storage methods they use. A lot of exchanges put Bitcoin into cold storage, and not active in wallets, so giving out private keys would compromise the integrity of that.

If you really want to keep your Bitcoin safe, keep it in your own wallet.

Exchange only a place to trading bitcoin and altcoin
they no need to gives a private key. If do you want to a private key store your coin in offline wallet or online wallet.

Exchangers usually do not offer private keys for convenience and also for security reasons.
Wallets provided by exchangers are actually owned by the exchangers themselves and they handle the security issues with it.

Hahaha, yeah all right, I think if there are more cases like MT.gox the exchanger will be run with our wallet for the guarantee of early retirement. until now I am still scared when considering mtgox, and therefore I ask this. Thank you for you all opinion guys.
