In debian, I see the library:

libcommons-openpgp-java - a common and simple interface for generating and verifying OpenPGP signatures

It means to be somewhere and ready applet, I think, but damn search returns information about signing applets.

We made payments confirmation with signatures on exchange but using it via the clipboard is inconvenient.
