Receiving PMs addressed to multiple users

I just received a PM addressed to monbux. I should also be in the "Sent to:" field. Or am I wrong here?

There's Bcc (Blind carbon copy).
You receive the PM, but you're not listed as one of the receipents (in difference to CC, what is called "To:" around here).
