There is absolutely no wallet that needs no syncing whatsoever. It is simply impossible because without syncing it is impossible to know an address's balance. There are wallets that don't have to download the full blockhain and thus  sync much faster then bitcoin core. I recommend that you use Electrum.

exactly. This kind of wallets are called SPV wallets. The blockchain is fully synched on the server side, to which SPV wallets are just connected, and function as the fully synched bitcoin core wallets.

I'm using Blockchain.info. I don't know why, but I see it as a safer way to deposit my money than an offline wallet and I can use the website anywhere I go with ease. It doesn't need to sync.

what if you need bitcoins urgently and blockchain.info is down? it is better to use electrum for desktop and mycelium for mobile, always have a backup of your private keys incase your pc or mobile broke

Bitcoin core introduced pruning in v12 for wallet functions, which keeps down the download size but still requires a bit of a sync:
https://bitcoin.org/en/release/v0.12.0#wallet-pruning

Having your own copy of the blockchain is kind of the point, but you could always use a web-wallet, coinbase, etc.
(Just remember to make sure you have the ability to claim your private key, use 2fa, and a strong unique password)

FTFY

Blockchain.info is by no means a safer wallet than a desktop wallet. It is a web wallet, at the mercy of the Blockchain.info. If they were to shut down, you would lose your Bitcoin. Also, the wallet technically does need to sync, it relies on blockchain.info's node being synced, which it may not necessarily be.

Bitcoin core introduced pruning in v12 for wallet functions, which keeps down the download size but still requires a bit of a sync:
https://bitcoin.org/en/release/v0.12.0#wallet-pruning

Bitcoin Core with pruning still needs to sync, so it is not ideal for someone who doesn't want to wait. Pruning simply makes the storage requirement irrelevant, it does not affect the sync time.

All wallets requires synching unless you use web wallets but then they are not that safe in storing big amout of coins.
If you prefer fast synching or less data consuming wallet, you can use electrum in PC instead of bitcoin core.

Less syncing means less security.
I would not trust more than a few hundred dollars to a system like that. Many websites that host a wallet are not registered as a business and you have absolutely no protection at all. If the owner wakes up one day and decides to keep all the bitcoin... then that is that. You have no more money and zero chance of recovering your funds.

If you are using bitcoin core it takes a lot of time to sync.. I recommend electrum wallet which is less sync you don't need to wait hours to sync for every transaction.. i also use this kind of wallet and less hassle..
