Would like to buy .2 BTC for PP, WF sure pay (+10%) or cash

Hey guys, just looking for BTC. I don't use it much so I'm not on much. I need .2 and will pay +10% for PP or WF. I can do cash if there is not a fee but really as a last resort as I'd prefer a digital transaction.

Either way I would like to deal with trusted members. I'm not on much so not really 'in the know', so if someone could point me in the direction that would work as well.
