my confirmed BTC has not gone up in >2 HRS, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? i am using slush's pool, GUIminer, and my unconfirmed IS going up.thank you all in advance.

Just wait and it will get fine. If the transfer is unconfirmed after 24-48 hours then you can get worried.
