Hi Seth

It depends on the size of your withdrawal. If you have made a large bitcoin withdrawal, we will need to see a) proof of ID (passport or driver's licence) and b) proof of address (recent utility bill). If you wish to withdraw to a different bitcoin address than the one you deposited with, additional verification may be required.
