I know only one shortening site that pays via bitcoin adfoc.us but i never used it before so i can't tell you if they are trusted or not

The only one i know is coinurl, but there are several reports about them being a possible scam. I wouldn't use them myself, but maybe you can search for them and see what you think about them yourself.

Yes, I use the site, it sending payments everyday, the amount depends on how many links was clicked.
The informations on the site is too few, but it pays. But the only payment method is via Coinbase.
I read somewhere that the owner use only the Coinbase API, I don't know if he will integrate other method in the future. But since he is using the coinbase as login, I think it will stay in coinbase permanently.
