At localbitcoins.com is there a payment option that is called Serve2Serve - Anyone of you guys know what this is?
Google dosn't really give much of results about it, but at one website is there being linked to americanexpress.com/serve.

So my question is:

What is Serve2Serve?

Is it a way of transfering money or bitcoins? Or is it the name of a company/website that offers transaction services?
