Because the either don't have a valid collateral or they don't plan on repaying the loan or maybe they even have negative trust. ;p

This domain that you are talking about and planning to use as collateral was created only June 26 2016, same day when you requested for a loan and now you want $10 from it? GoDaddy may have allowed you to register this domain for only $1 and you want to get profits right away jeez!
BTW since you deleted the other thread you created for loan, again this domain is worth 0$ according to estibot.com

If you want someone to trust you and lend you, just give the valid collateral
