I dont understand what you meant by these statement, does it applicable to me for providing the account or you are envisaging what the OP inteneds to do when he got the account? I will not be part of any fraudulent activity or scam and OP have to tell me what he needs the account for before i will dabble into it. |

KWH is actually right 8k will be nothing when the legal tussle begins on the account due to money laundry and fraud, the price of 8k is just a bait to arose peoples interest then put them into an unending problem.
