I´m mining with my gaming pc when I dont use it. I recognized, that my card doesnt spool up to 100 % memory load...GPU load is always 100%. hashrate is affected directly in memory controller load...sometimes it´s stuck at 60 %, then I get around 20 mhash. with the 86% I get 38/39 mhash, but I think with 100 % load I could hit the 40+. So how can I tell the card to use all the power it has?

It´s a MSI Gaming X 2070 Super, -50% Powerlimit, 7200 Mem clock, Phoenixminer 5.2d, win10, actual Nvidia driver.
Different settings have no effent, I tried with more powerlimit, more ore less core / memory clock ect.....newer / older drivers.....do you get your nvidia cards to 100 % load? pls tell me. thx.
