I guess that explains what substance was used to pen graffiti on the mailbox drop. There were 400 of these devices scattered across NYC, all on the street in plain view. NY residence must be pretty brazen to watch porn among passersby, then shoot their wad on the curb if penning graffiti is not their cup of tea.

It's not NYC residence, it's anywhere that has a large population. It only takes one asshole to ruin things. If you live in an apartment building, there's always going to be one asshole who blasts loud music. Doesn't mean everyone in the building is blasting loud music or supporting it. But that's generally how it is in life, one person can ruin it for the rest.
