That Japanese site always tell lie
1.say take no fees when paying. When contacting the bank show that they take more.when tell them what the bank said... They say that they take 7_8% fess.... Big scammers
2. They hold my account after I paid 250$ and asked me a photo of card used...  I sent them many photos some times say send onother photo and some times not respond at all

I think he is complaining about bad services of coincheck.jp, According to their fee structure they do charge fees about 400 JPY for withdrawing no fees on deposits. Did you withdraw or deposited money into your account?
