Ranking on BCT

Hello everybody,

As a newbie to this Bitcoin Forum i have questions regarding the ''ranking''.

@ the moment i am a newbie,  

But when does this change? I see my activity is 14, how is this calculated? Posts or online time and reading?

When does your status become different? As example 50 activity? Is there an overview or something?

There is a thread explaining this but activity is based on posts but is limited to 14 every two weeks. Next rank is Jr member at 30 activity.
