This guy on my local obviously used google translate to post his message here:

NETELLER ay scam company.afer mong magdeposito ng pera sila i-block ka at humingi ng mga dokumento. kung bumili ka ng card (virtual o plastic) sila block ang iyong card kahit na idinagdag mo sa PayPal sila pa rin humingi ng refund.
i nawala magkano ang pera sa kumpanyang ito. hindi kailanman pinagkakatiwalaan ang mga ito

I remembered seeing that using translator is not allowed?

Hes trying to get referrals with his referral link posted in there. which i think is that also against the rule?
All is in english not until when I posted using tagalog

As i can see on asia market many customer want to get virtual credit card to verify paypal ( paypal vcc)
customer normal have to pay 10$ to 15$ for buy a card like that.
I will show you how you can get a paypal vcc with only 1$ then you can sell to make money daily
( my friend have website and he selling 50>150 cards daily and he can get 500$ > 1000$ daily)

Firstly : you need open account here (https://uquid.com/account/register/a?u=UQ141985) ( please open with my refer link as a thank you for sharing this tips)
After you have account, you need deposit with bitcoin, btc-e, cashu, paysafecard voucher, bank transfer ( verified account only) or local exchanger . if you do not want verify then i strongly advice you deposit with bitcoin .
You have balance with uquid then you can login and click on buy

you have to pay only 1$ for get a card
you can use the card for verify paypal and you can find paypal verify code in transaction details

you can create cards as much as you want in same account. but please remember, you have to change details for each new cards. NEVER ISSUE NEW CARD WITH SAME INFORMATION ( name + address + email )

GOOD LUCK FOR YOU ALL

Translators are bad t use as Google translate makes many mistakes!
He shouldn't be on that board, if they are then they should post in English!
If people use translators to English, usually if works better and people can assume what it means, the same should be done for other languages?

If you had read the rules yourself (not to mention that person), you would have known the answer to this question:

Nope. Bad Idea as Google translate word by word and it forms a entirely different sentence. Also some languages have a mistranslation as the contributors of google translate are people too also using the web. You can try practicing English until you are good at it.
