Please help me, I previously saved my wallet address on btc-e.com and I mistakenly transferred my wallet to btc-e.com and now I do not know how to login. into the wallet and take the money out. The floor and address btc-e have collapsed and replaced by Wex.nz all the address information has changed. Please help me, thank you very much.

In all likelihood, those funds are lost. Undecided

BTC-e is dead, so your only hope is to contact the Wex.nz support and see if they can assist. Chances are pretty slim that they'll be able to recover the funds, and their support seems fairly overloaded and slow to respond.

I don't think Wex.nz has direct access to the old BTC-e deposit addresses... It seems like they only have access to a limited number of cold storage addresses... As they were only offering something like 50% recovery of funds last time I looked? (And that was by way of a "token" not actual BTC)

I think it is gone. BTC-e is a dead website, just like MtGox. Don't worry man, you are not the first to have lost money to an exchange. I have also lost a lot of money to an exchange back in the day, and so have thousands of others.

You're not the first, you won't be the last. Take this as a lesson learned and live the rest of your life.

Thanks you!CoinOverlord , HCP!

I just wanted to point out that either way you might as well contact the new support and ask them if it's possible. The worst they can say is no. The best they can say might be "We'll look into it" though. It's worth a shot.

I hope it wasn't anything too substantial!
