Hiring - developer for cryptocurrency mining contract CRM/back-office system

I'm looking for an (or a team of) experienced developer(s) who can build a backoffice CRM system for cryptocurrency mining contracts. A very brief description of the functionality are listed below, we can discuss the details in private (note, I prefer to speak face to face over Skype).

Note, you need be a very experienced developer, who has previous experience in building CRM/back office system for Cryptocurrency mining contacts. Also, due to the nature of the work, i'll need to have face-to-face skype call or phone call with you on a frequent basis, so this is not a good fit if you would prefer to remain anonymous.

Upon the completion of the project, there is opportunity for you to be a permanent member of the team either on a full-time basis or on part-time (consultant) basis (self-employed or employed by the company).

are you up in choosing the scripting language that you desire or its up to the developer of programming language he will be using? and i guess you should have to state your price offer for this project  i also think that you should post this to development section as where you can find more programmers

not sure what do you mean. the script is just translation script from one language to another. this is a new system/site i'm trying to build, so no admin access is available
