If you have namecoins ( i've been mining them at bitminter pool ), and want to trade them for BTC, i discovered that you can do that at
www.btc-e.comRegister at BTC-e, then look under finances section, ( link in top right hand corner of the site ), then hit the deposit button against NMC row, and it will give you a namecoin address to use to pay NMC into BTC-e, then once NMC there, you can trade for BTC
