If you have around 5 accounts and ask for 0.003BTC each that would make you 0.015BTC, if you live in a third world country $9.8 is enough for you to survive for 3 days, if he is a student make it 4 to 5 days.

It looks like this scammer didn't put a lot of effort even to try to make it look like a good deal, not that would have had any success here. He might think people are totally stupid here and he is the smart one, what a dickhead. Red tag well deserved. By the way don't give him tips of using another bitcoin address, he may become smarter next time but he will still have 0% success rate in here.
