I was wondering if payoneer account also show people location in terms of country like paypal, anybody with experience should enlighten me.

I am using payoneer but what you exactly want know know I don't getting that. do you want to payoneer that it show other users location publicly? is paypal do this thing? I don't think so.
or you want that payoneer show your(the user)'s location? then I don't think so it is needed but yes Payoneer show users location. when you try to add bank accounts payoneer show you where are you from so you can't make them fool with adding another countries bank details.

and Payoneer is not associated with bitcoin. do you know that?

I know that payoneer.com does not associate with bitcoin, my purpose for the question is that i registered with a website while i was in one country and i registered for payoneer card while i am in another, so i want to know if the website will be able to detect that i am not in the country that i claimed during registrations when sending me money.

Of course they do not associate with bitcoin, they embrace the banking system with credit card offers. I guess it would not be a problem during you had get verified and use it just for withdraw the money.

Did you mean when payoneer want to send money to you right? usually such that they will display the sender's country of residence. maybe for more detail you can ask to them.
