I like Monero but don't like it's build on POW. Same for Dash.

Is there a POS coin that does the same?

I've seen Shadow, SDC, that seems indeed a POS coin that mixes all transactions automatically but I don't understand how this is build on bitcoin as they say?

Also their vision is to offer a decentralised marketplace but will weed out illegal offerings. They will also allow other coins to be used on that marketplace. I don't see how this could become a success.

Are there any other POS coins that don't allow to trace your transactions?

I wouldn't say NAV.  NAV gives you the option of sending and receiving coins in a manner that could be considered mixed, but also allows normal BTC-type transactions.

Edit - Maybe Vcash?

OP said that he don't like PoW coins and XVC is mineable currency (mixed PoW/PoS).

is navhidding big transaction too? i've heard that monero can not hide big transaction but only for small transaction that cna mix with other small transaction, but if someone make a big transaction that can not be matched then it can not be mixed and so it can be traced

Shadow is the only crypto on the Bitcoin codebase that offers the Ring Signature based anonymity. It is the best form of anonymity available in the crypto market along with Cryptonote forks.

Also their vision is to offer a decentralised marketplace but will weed out illegal offerings.
They will also allow other coins to be used on that marketplace. I don't see how this could become a success.
1. "we" will not be weeding out anything. The market and its users will decide what is acceptable and not. However do remember just because guns are illegal in the UK does not mean they are illegal in every country.
2. I am not sure where your info re: other coins has come from but this also is false.

Thanks, is it 100% POS or also POW?

I like you also offer a decentralised marketplace, and love you mix all transactions automatically, but making the marketplace permissioned gives you a lot of legal responsibility and hence limits the products that can be offered.

NXT also offers decentralised marketplace and eventhough it's permissionLESS, it's not taking off yet.

I think a decentralised marketplace will flourish first for a dark market but you can't offer this if it is permissioned.

About other coins also becoming allowed on the marketplace in the future I got that also from the interview with the lead dev:
