First, will this affect the site's alexa rank? I've read some reviews about hitleap but the problem is , there are people who mentioned that it is working fine in increasing alexa rank, while other people said that it's only non sense and doesn't help anything. Second will be, is this safe for sites with google ads? Thank you!

I believe this wont affect at all the alexa ranking, i had used it and till the moment one of my websites is just getting down and down day by day, but my other website is getting better position but im using anothers autosurfs to make it reach a good ranking.

Let me clarify this for you. It may won't affect the altxa rank. because alexa count live visiters. but it will surely affect your Site's search engine Optimization. because google and other search don't like fake visiter and hitleap is of course a fake viewers provider. viewers just view it to get some point not for read the site. even mostly the hitleap software is minimized on users computers and it is autosurfing all sites.
it definitely affect your google Adsense too. anytime google trace you are getting fake views for increasing impressions. you'll loose your adsense.

I believe the main interest here isnt get some kind of revenue from adsense, and i may say there are several websites using google adsense and using such services, till they get banned maybe one day. At my website im increasing its rate with some similiar service without adsend or any ads for now just promoting the domain.

Okay guys, thank you for the input. I've already tried hitleap, and I must say that it was very easy to earn credit/minutes to be use for a specific webpage visit. Yes this type of traffic exchanger traffic are forced one only good for alexa ranking other than that may be good for some CPM earning but that will be usually low as there will be not much click from these forced traffics.

I never saw hitleap minutes getting sold for such a high price. The market rate for per 10,000 minutes is $0.60 - $0.70
I purchased an account with 70,000 minutes for $4.5 and the account still have 55,000 minutes left
