90% = 18,900,00 BTC

12 years worth = 18,375,000 BTC

So *without* a calculator, best guess is around 2019/2020.

that doesn't take into account how a gradually increasing hashrate makes each key date creep forward

just as we saw with the first 210,000 blocks occurring in less than 4 years

hence my guess of 2019-ish
