Electrum "Error: Could not import PyQt4 on Linux systems"

I am trying to run the latest Electrum on the Centos, but I get this error:

$ electrum
Error: Could not import PyQt4 on Linux systems, you may try 'sudo apt-get install python-qt4'

How can I fix this?
