The way i'm using paypal its impossibly to chargeback so nobody gives a f.
And there are quite alot of people looking to exchange there btc to paypal actually.
It just most of them wont trust ya, but its fine i found 10% exchanger from my main forum.

How is it impossible for you to reverse the paypal payment? You can call your bank and do a chargeback.
