bitcoins to AUD

how do people trade bitcoins to AUD in their bank account, and also buy bitcoins with AUD from their bank account?

I was using spend bitcoins, but they have stopped allowing people to sell bitcoins for cash which was delivered to your bank account.

I'm going to China for work soon-maybe I'll just have to trade BTC for RMB, then send it back to AU with the rest of my savings.
