Are you able to do wire transfer to one of the exchanges such as kraken?

If you are able to transfer funds, you should be able to buy on the exchanges directly at their current rates. Otherwise I'm afraid you will always pay a premium to cover the expenses of the service provider.

I think you will find it very hard to pay the exact price, whenever I am buying bitcoin it is usually on sites like paxful and localbitcoins and I end up paying $1 for $0.75 of bitcoin, I think it's best to pay $590 for a Bitcoin since the price could go up and you could make money.

You can sometimes find traders in the exchange thread that do 1:1 sometimes but not often. You have to be lucky because if they advertise this rate a lot of traders buy it up and by the time the little guy comes the seller is out of stock.
Careful there. There are a lot of scams going on and usually if a deal is to good to true it usually is not true.

Search for offers "I pay you in bitcoin for purchasing this via paypal or credit card" in these deals you can get bitcoin cheaper, but if there isn't any similar offer then try to contact someone locally but everyone tries to earn a little bit even dealing in person.

There are generally different prices among the different exchange sites... Most of the big time exchanges will remain around some price, but since Bitcoin is a P2P currency, you need to be ok with dealing with other peers and finding the lowest price. Best chances of you getting a good deal in your case will probably be localbitcoins.

maybe you can exchange in the forum (not local india) and accept payment from trusted users?
I think you can receive a bank transfer, or western union...

I think every exchanger always have more price than the price of bitcoin. I mean, they also want profit from the exchange. I think it's better to get a bit more expensive price than cheap but not safe.

sadly this is the problem that i am also facing, in my country there is no place (exchange) to sell my coins to the real value so i lose money two times 1 on exchange of bitcoin to $ which they buy lower price and 1 on exchange of $ to local currency which then again they buy lower.

the only way is either finding a way to do it on an exchange site if you can withdraw money from them to your bank or online wallets (check out c-cex it has many options) or finding someone who has fairer prices.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.
