They hold a large premine of ETH that is held before the hard fork. This has an equivalent amount in ETC. What do you speculate will they do with all of it?

Please also list the addresses that are controlled by the Ethereum foundation so we could follow what it is doing.

Most likely dump small amounts on each pump, logic thing to do. They will never dump it all at once, would crash the price, no point in that, would dump on themselves, better milk it and take pumper's money.
P.S: It's obvious it's an artificial pump, it is so obvious a whale is tryharding pumping etc it crashed btc price along with all other altcoins. One would say it took a huge risk, but if it's the dao exploiter then it makes sense, soon he'll have his dao ether if he doesnt by now ( i havent checked) and it needs to make other people think ETC is the real deal so they invest in it.
