Good question. But not with paypal for that much. Maybe with another payment processor for a smaller amount.
Just search around you will see people wanting to do deals for a couple of dollars for skrill or neteller.

Cash your PayPal out and buy Bitcoin on a proper exchange. PayPal is reversible up to 180 days and nobody in their right mind should do this kind of deal with a newbie.

You're better off just buying something and then reselling it on open bazaar. You send the item to the customer and you get paid in bitcoins.
