If you are talking about the GPU mining, then Ethereum and Ethereum Classic are the most profitable ones to mine right now. You can't mine bitcoin with any profit at all if you are planning to mine with CPU or GPU, you'll be able to make a little profit with bitcoin if you have free electricity.
