Is exchange rate published on the site accurate?
If it is accurate total fee to buy 50$ is ~11.5$ that is a fee of 25% much higher than Virwox.

I attempted to buy btc with paypal a couple of days ago.  Unfortunately it took a long time in pending state so asked admin thorugh website private message about this.  After a while I had the reply:

"Sorry, our paypal risk company declined your order. Why , we don't known.
Reason:
"Age of Confirmation Email could not be determined." "

This is worrying as I am a genuine customer, genuine email address and genuine paypal account.  My email is valid for over 5 years and Paypal for 4+years, verified.

Isyet - can you try to establish what went wrong - if I have a problem with my setup then I need to know about it.  I didn't use VPN or other IP changing devices for this trial transaction.
