Currently implementing a community currency, where we give out discount coupons to buy products at services in the community.

People are given coupons equal in the value to the money they donate to local charities.

I would like to set up a crypto currency which accomplishes the same thing.

I did not have much luck finding programmers familiar with creating a crypto currency.

If it would not take away too much from existing projects,  is there anyone there that would be willing to work for us on our project in their free time?  Not right away, but down the road when we have more capital to work with.  However we would like to discuss to establish what the cost may be so we can begin budgeting for development.

A bit more detail:
We will act much like “united way” accepting donations to be disbursed according to the donor’s wishes.

For every dollar we receive, we will send virtual “donor dollars” to the donors crypto wallet.
The actual cash will be forwarded to the local charity.

I imagine we will add the funds manually until we can automate the process.
But we would like them to be able to do exchanges much like Bitcoin does.

Basically we need a secure, anonymous, reliable, and easy to use system for people to exchange our virtual currency, much like how they can use our coupons now.

Thank you for your time and Consideration,
Andrew
