Poland people the most kind and helpful people in Europe ?

I have heard people are so kind very helpful. and they are very good at hospitality. I saw this quote in the internet. ''Polish Hospitality: A Guest in the House is God in the House'', So are Poles the most kind and helpful people in the whole Europe region ?

What about living cost in Poland? Whether etc...? I have never been in Eastern Europe.
