an update >> to make a long story short >> After checking the port and the rounter once again - I had to change the router to a NEW one. I just did so.
I plugged-in all the wires to the NEW router, and I after a few minutes I've got connected to the Internet and to the bitcoin network automatically!! even though I was using a NEW router, broght directly from the IT store (probably because of the Internet Provider's remote access).
I'd got immediatly connected to
http://178.62.20.190/ for a few secondsattaching image
after a few more seconds, I was connected to other nodes - with Incoming and Outgoing connections:

BTW - on site
http://178.62.20.190/ - my IP status is NOT ACTIVE, while at the same time on
https://bitnodes.21.co/ I am reachable and active. Why ?
