I haven't personally. But for around $5 you can find out with them. If it don't work with Paypal, you at least have a virtual card that you can use in the future. The $5 will cover the purchase of the card, and still have around $2-$3 for verification purposes.

I haven't heard of a vcc that works with a US paypal,if you find one please PM me and I will also take a few cards.
