Lol that was crazy, Are you using any sort of spoofing your gps?. I believe that in normal ways you can increase your level by doing some mass evolution but niantic says that enable for you to get to the max lvl40 it would take you 4 years.

Well in your case that was merely possible but yeah it is not really safe i also do some spoofing gps but i make sure to do it in much safer way.

My 4 high level account with High CP dragonite was banned also earlier. When i logged its just say that your account was soft/hard banned please try again after 12 Hours. I am using bot but with a walkspeed of 4km/hr but still got banned

Your Dragonite can't have 3500 CP at trainer lvl 35, you're just bullshitting. Max CP of Pokemon increase as your trainer lvl does. I don't get why people try to be smartasses over the internet when they clearly have no clue.

The max level of the pokemon you can get to is always 1.5 levels above your trainer level. At your example you were level 32 which makes the max level of your Dragonite 33.5. A Dragonite level 33.5 with 0% IV has 2782 CP. At 100% IV it has a max of 3175 CP. It'd be nice if you wouldn't be rude and do some research first before you start insulting members here without a reason.
