Hey Guys! Next week I go to my friend's  wedding. I want to present him with some BTCs, like 0.5 or something  Wink He never heard about bitcoins, have you got any idea how can I give him? A paper wallet or anything else?

Please help  Smiley

Or should I give him a pendrive with a lite client?
Nice idea to invite your friend to bitcoin.I suggest you give him pendrive with a guide on how to use it.0.5 btc is a big amount in many countries so make sure your friend doesn't waste it out of ignorance

I'd also suggest a fancy paper wallet (but make sure you do it yourself offline, since if it'll get hacked it'll be embarrassing) and a vanity address (which, again, I'd advise you make one yourself).
From what I know, all the tools are available for download and offline use, all you need is some nice card(s) and a printer.

You can slip somewhere a link where it's explained what he can do with his new money. I'm sure you'll find a blog where it's all explained, just google a little.
You can even print it on the very same gift card, like Read more: http:  bit.ly / some_short_thing

Cool, you have thought something creative to make bitcoin famous. You could gift him a pendrive in which you can write tutorial that what is bitcoin, how to use bitcoin and how to earn bitcoin easily. By welcoming him to bitcoin you will increase 1 member in bitcoin and the large is our network the more we will earn

I think the last choice is best in my opinion, you can give pendrive with a lite client be packaged with tutorial how to using inside it. I think it is common way for giving gift on wedding.
