Hello, I'm uglyduckling, and I'm a bitcoin enthusiast.

  I've been lurking here for around 3 years. During that time I was building a comprehensive bitcoin casino platform and selling that to a single bitcoin casino, then helping them manage it. After watching how they did business during that time, learning what to do and, more importantly, what not to do, I have come to an agreement with them which allows me to partner up with people who want to have "their own bitcoin casino" and run the business on my own.

  Quick note:  If you think you know how to run a bitcoin casino, but you haven't done it before, let me be the first to burst your bubble: You don't know how to run a bitcoin casino. That's why I am packaging this system in a very specific way which allows you to take advantage of my intimate knowledge of the industry (especially the "what not to do").

  I'm making this post to gauge interest, and then possibly to partner up with some smart folks on bitcointalk. I'm not interested in any non-constructive comments and I will only be considering serious offers. I won't be entertaining any mud-slinging etc...

  With introductions out of the way, let's get to the really juicy parts. This post *could* result in some interesting questions and a little bit of controversy as this moment has been 3 years in the making.

  First of all, the project does not have an official name as of this moment.  I would prefer to let it evolve on its own.

  Secondly, here is what I have:

**** Keno The house edge has been adjusted to 5% for this game Instead of the typical 20+%

I also have several other games that are not complete but could be finished in short order, given consumer interest.

Now... if you're still reading, that means I have your general interest. I have rehashed the financial end of this offer twice, and I believe that now I have the proper structure. However, I am open to other proposals.

It probably goes without saying, but... all payments will be in Bitcoin.

Package A: $500 USD per month minimum or 50% revenue share. $500 refundable bankroll deposit (repaid after 6 months if conditions are met) due up front.
In the first package you only get the provably fair games, and the maximum bets are very low ($2 USD). This is great for someone who just wants to play with a few friends or only has a small amount to invest. Keep in mind though that each month, if you don't make at least $500 then all of your profit goes to me, the service provider. If you make more than $500 but less than $1000, you still have to pay $500 minimum to me, the service provider.

Package A upgrade: additional $2000 USD bankroll deposit (refunded after 18 months if conditions are met) to raise the maximum bet to $10 USD.

Package B: $1000 USD per month minimum or 20% rev. share, $5000 refundable bankroll deposit (refunded after 18 months if conditions are met) due up front. In this package you will still get provably fair games (with larger max bets up to $20 USD), and you'll also get the slot machines and the live dealers.

Package C: $2000 USD per month minimum or 10% rev share, $10000 refundable bankroll deposit (18 months if conditions are met), you get provably fair games, sportsbook, live dealers and slots (the whole package)

Trust issues...yes, this is a problem for everyone. My goal is to give as much transparency as possible while still protecting my intellectual property. There are a number of possible issues. There  are unethical things that could be done by either side. But these are counter-productive, and we do have ways to make things transparent. In the end, doing business is about trust, and that's what I'll strive to create.

FULL DISCLOSURE (IE where the system comes from and who is already using it) will be provided after I gauge interest in the offer from the community with just the general offer. It's not too hard to figure out if you've got plenty of experience in the bitcoin casino world (Which casino has provably fair games, Asia Gaming Live dealers/slots,  and BetEast sportsbook? Hint: there's only one)

DISCLAIMER: I was NOT a part of the business side of my client's casino operations during the last 3 years! Whatever decisions they made, policies they put in place, marketing campaigns, etc. were not my decision. Whether to pay cashouts instantly or not, was not my decision. Whether to respond to scam accusations or not, WAS NOT my decision. I have never spoken publicly on behalf of their casino and have never had any control over how they run it. I only gave them the tools. It was ALWAYS their decision how to run it, just like it will be my decision how to run the casinos that I create as a result of this post, with my partners' input of course.

THEREFORE the validity of my system, the trustworthiness of it, the stability of it, should not be based on the reputation of their casino in ANY WAY.

So your gamble is to sell these packages for high prices and then basically nothing happens?

Though your question is worded carelessly and it exudes a poor attitude, it is nonetheless valid. Here is some further explanation:

My "gamble" was to spend 3 years creating a bitcoin casino platform, and it may have been a bad beat. Now my gamble is to invest precious hours of my time, attempt to establish trust with partners on the internet, and, with their help, attempt to win over customers with a solid product.

I'm not "selling a package" and there's no 'price'. The refundable deposits are the initial bankroll investment. I only make money if the casino turns a profit.  

The deposits are higher for sportsbook, live dealers etc. because those third parties maintain certain standards for bet size that a smaller investment would not cover.

After the initial monetary investment is made, I use a small part of that to set up the servers and pay a designer to make a decent logo, then feed the rest into the bankroll. The investors will have DIRECT access to their portion of the bankroll funds at all times.

After that,  I invest plenty of my precious hours using my expert skill set to create a theme and set up all the APIs, server deployment etc.

After that, the site goes online and the investor and myself work together to make a soft launch announcement.

Dividend-style payments to the investors can be setup, and that's the wise thing to do, but pretty much anything goes, assuming that we maintain a certain amount of money in the bankroll. Since there is only one investor per brand, there's no need to set up a complex system such as the one on betking.io

Serious investors will be given my identity on a confidential basis.

What language are the games built in and how did you implement the provable fairness system for them?

The bitcoin stuff runs on a bitcoind full node, which means it stores the whole blockchain (though I'm looking to implement a new system that gives us a bit more scalability)

The backend API is written in ExpressJS (node) and deployed using Docker. There are a number of bash, make, Go and python utility scripts in various roles. It uses grunt and mocha for tests and such.

The front-ends are built using gulp and grunt and written in AngularJS, Bootstrap, LESS, and etc...

Everything is on GIT and there's a CI auto-build setup. Ubuntu Server all the way.

Do you have any casinos youve orked with previously that might vouch for your character? Or any that might vouch youve worked with them and were a trustworthy individual to work with?

Your question is valid and I knew this would come up.

The casino that I worked with previously would not be a great voucher on bitcointalk. I won't go into detail at this point because I think it would cause unnecessary controversy; it would suffice to say that this is the exact reason I'm starting new brands. Full but confidential disclosure will be provided to anyone who decides to partner up with me.

In order to build trust with the community, since currently I'm essentially an "unknown" I've devised a simple plan. I've found a partner offline who is willing to start small with me, and we already have the first white-label casino using this technology nearly ready to go live. I believe that once people are able to actually play at a casino that is based on my software, and that casino gains trust, as well as the software itself, then it will be a lot easier to talk about trust. I realize this will take time. I'll be making the announcement for the first casino next week.

I realize, more than most people I'd say, that scams are widespread, come in many forms and can be especially difficult to stop or even identify before it's too late. I also know that as a casino operator, a big thing to watch out for is actually the players scamming the website or exploiting vulnerabilities. That's why I'm committed to a conservative, slow approach that ensures success regardless of whatever attacks might be carried out against my partners' websites.

So far I've answered the basic questions. I was hoping to engage in discourse related to market viability and some other, more complex issues as well.

What language are the games built in and how did you implement the provable fairness system for them?

I just realized that I forgot to answer the provably fair question. I am using hmac 512 hashes of the game data, giving SHA256 hash of the server seed before the game, and then revealing the server seed after the game.  The client seed is auto-generated on the client side, and it's not sent to the server until after the SHA256 hash of the server seed is already in the hands of the player. So, it's a true-blue pure provably fair system.

In the case of card games the card are "shuffled" using random algorithm. The server seed is random bytes plus a unique timestamp.

I have a "provably fair calculator" built into the game details page of each game played, that shows all of the information. Of course everything will add up if you know how to independently verify it using various tools found online or your own scripts, my calculator just makes it painless.
