Hypothetical - Buy & Sell Walls that Lock

I am curious as to what the impacts of being able to lock buy and sell walls would be. For example, an individual can 'lock' his maidsafe buy wall at a specific level for x amount of days - they then cannot remove the wall + others can see the duration of the lock. Would this improve stability? Would it create bubbles? I am interested in your opinions

Seems like a fun concept.
