[2016-08-21] FBI using coins seized from Silk Road to buy leaked NSA files?

Anyone following recent tech news undoubtedly saw the "ShadowBrokers Group" dump of (supposed) NSA tools and their claim that they would auction off more (again supposedly) newer tools.
The auction is being done in Bitcoin with a buy it now price of 1 million BTC!!!  
Recent analysis of Blockchain transactions suggest that coins sent to the address are possibly some of the BTC that was seized from Ross Ulbricht.
