Tanong lang mga bro.

Case:They are planning to hire me directly(No agency involve).

Questions:

1) Tourist visa from philippines to oman, Relatives lang ba pwedeng magsponsor nito o pwede rin ang employer kapag gusto ka nila i-hire/interview?
2) Anong type ng visa ang kelangan from Oman to UAE(Common visa?)?
3) Pag babalik na ako ng Oman from UAE, kelangan paba ng visa(again what type of visa?)?
4) San ako possible makapagexit? UAE(where in uae? dubai? abu dhabi?)?
5) Gano katagal yung process ng employment visa?

I don't know the answers to all your questions, but please check or confirm with POEA or whatever. You can't just use a tourist visa to leave the Philippines, especially makikita nila you are going to OMAN or UAU, baka harangin ka ng immigration. You might need some stamp on your passport or something.

Pero kung naka pag abroad ka na, baka alam mo na yan.

This is my first time going abroad.

As per my research yesterday maybe my problem is the interview in Philippine Immigration.

I found that they have a check list for tourist visa holder (e.g. for first interview is plane ticket back and forth, and if you they feel that you're going to work abroad they will conduct a second interview, they will look for your company id if you are currently working, income tax return, salary if you can afford travel, show money etc.)

Even you have complete documents if you look doubtful to them surely they will offload you(without thinking the time and cost you sacrifice for the flight). That's why impression for immigration officers in NAIA is really really bad. They will suck you without a reason.

No doubt they are in the list of most corrupt agency here in philippines before duterte.

I hope change came for this days!
