Im looking to rent out my timeshare this year at the Wyndham Sea Gardens in Pompano Beach for the week of July 5th till july 12th. It is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath unit on the first floor, with a washer dryer and kitchenette. We stayed last year but due to changing jobs i dont have the available time off to go.
Im looking to rent it for $1200 in LTC/BTC at the time of purchase using the BTC-E exchange rate. I would like to use an escrow service to facilitate the transaction, and once the transaction has been completed it is non-reversible due to the nature of guest passes.
