Today's (3/28) correction and Mt. Gox

I was watching bitcoinity.org today and noticed the small (so far) blip from $92 to $85. I decided to sell off all but 1 BTC (I wasn't holding much anyway) and it took Mt. Gox forever to process.

Other members in the Speculation sub-forum were talking about Europe not being able to access Gox. It's obvious that Mt. Gox isn't perfect, and it's inefficient for one exchange to have a majority of trades.

What other exchanges are recommended for USD?
