I have seen ethereum and similar coin are good for mining with GPUs but Can a miner program do same algorythm with different coins at the same time?

Only if the coin is merge-minable like for Bitcoin and Namecoin. However for ETHEREUM there isnt anything such, so you can only dual mine DCR or SIA.

That is right. I think ETH will not allow ETC to be merge mineable with it as it will increase the hash rate of ETC.
